Volunteers are needed for:

• Topping off fluids
• Hospitality
• Inspecting vehicles for safety
• Making baked goods
• Making crafts with children
• One on One Time with Single Parents
• Vacuuming and cleaning cars

1 Brothers, if someone is caught in a sin, you who are spiritual should restore him gently. But watch yourself, or you also may be tempted. 2 Carry each other\’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. 3 If anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself. 4 Each one should test his own actions. Are you experiencing FREEDOM in your relationships?

This December New Life Community is partnering with His Hands Auto Ministry and other followers of Jesus from our community to be a living Christmas gift to our community.  We want to live the message of Christmas.  The Church is Christ’s Christmas gift to the world.  Here’s how!! 

On December 1st we will be spending a few hours in the morning cleaning up a section of road as a living Christmas gift to our community.   We need your help.

On December 15th from 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. we will be helping single parents winterize their vehicles for winter.   Our goal is to help winterize 50 vehicles.  We will be:

• Topping off fluids (antifreeze, break fluid, transmission fluid, washer fluid, power steering fluid, engine oil)
• Checking tire pressure, lights, hoses, belts, air filters, lights
• Cleaning windows, vacuuming interiors

In addition, we want to spend time with single parents and make a relational touch.  We will offer baked goods, warm soup, and pamper single moms with beauty services (nails, facials, etc.)

We can’t do this without you!!! We need mechanically inclined people.  We need hospitality volunteers.  We need donated engine oil and washer fluid.  We need people to come offer their smiling faces and warm hearts. We need you to pray that NLC would be a living Christmas gift to our community this December.
