We are excited to announce that a new small group will begin this Wednesday, March 14 at Jeremy and Kristen Owen’s house. This group is open to anyone and we will be going through the NOOMA video discussion series. Please join us in this new adventure together!

On March 12 we will be offering our introduction to New Life Community Church . We call this gathering 101. This is a great place to start to discover who New Life is and what we believe God is calling us to as a community of faith. If your new to New Life and ready to take the next step to become apart of this family then we strongly encourage you to join us for 101. 101 will gather at Pastor Ryan’s house on Monday night the 12th of March from 6:00-9:30 p.m. Please contact office@newlifecommunity.us or call 240-0060 to sign up.

New Life is a spiritual family. And every healthy family needs time to have family discussions about finances. This Sunday our spiritual family will be having a family meeting to affirm and discuss the 2007 spending plan for New Life Community. These family meetings are a great way for you to better understand how God can work in the finances of New Life and use us to partner with Him in His purposes for us. Please come. The meeting will be right after worship this Sunday and will last 20 minutes or so.

If you are ready to join a small group now is the time!! Small groups are for people who are ready to take the next step in their spiritual journey. All throughout the New Testament Jesus and the apostles stressed the need for us to be in relationship with other people who are ahead of us and coming behind us on the journey with Christ. In fact, St. Paul said in Romans 12 that we need each other. Wow! That is strong language. But it is true. So if you are ready to take the next step please email office@newlifecommunity.us and we will be in touch with you about small group opportunities.

MALAWI – Ask God to inspire the Yao ministry team as they visit Mozambique, where the number of BIC churches has grown to about 40.  May they gain new ideas and fresh insights to increase their effectiveness and open new doors for service.

*      Pray for specific opportunities to share the good news of Christ’s                      death and resurrection with un-churched friends, neighbors, and  coworkers. 
• Pray that NLC will continue to be a church that reaches people from all walks of life who will find help, healing, and hope as they connect to Jesus and His Family at NLC.
• Pray for your small group.  Pray that God would richly bless its leaders and that there would be a greater commitment to biblical community at NLC.
• Pray for continued spiritual growth and a deeper passion to know and love God more.
• Pray that each of our ministries at NLC will continue to fulfill their purpose.  Pray that those not currently serving in a ministry would sense the leading of the Holy Spirit to find a ministry where they can use their passion, gifts, talents, and abilities to serve others.
• Pray that God would stir our hearts with a passion to see NLC grow and at some point plant other churches.
